Vino tipico della zona. Di colore giallo paglierino più o meno carico, esalta comunque un delicato profumo di mandorla amara, sua caratteristica. Si presta egregiamente per antipasti magri, minestre, piatti di pesce salsati e carni bianche. Servire a 10-12°C.

It’s the typical wine of the area. The colour is between deep and light straw, and it’s caracterized by a delicate bitter almond scent. It’s excellent with lean starters, soups, fish dishes and fowl. Serve at 10-12°C.
