Di colore giallo paglierino più o meno carico.

Profumo ampio e piacevole con sapore di mandola amara, sua caratteristica, ma pieno, armonico e secco.

Da bersi giovane, si accompagna ad antipasti magri, minestra in brodo, piatti di pesce e carni bianche.

Stappato al momento si serve a 10-12°C

To be drunk young, it goes well with lean hors d'oeuvres, soup, fish and white meat dishes.
